Most of my clients didn’t come looking for a trainer. They came because something stopped working. Back pain during work. Low energy. A body they didn’t recognise anymore. Or simply -years of inconsistency catching up.
I build structured, long-term systems for professionals who are done with random results.
My clients stay. Some for 3, 5, even 7 years. Because the system keeps working.

My Approach
Not Just a Gym Trainer
My expertise combines strength training, posture correction, mobility, and recovery. I also hold a professional massage therapy certification and practicing for 1,5 years giving me a structural understanding of anatomy, muscle chains and tension patterns most trainers don’t have.
I work with clients who struggle with unhealthy habits, lack of discipline and long-term inconsistency. We don’t just train the body – we rebuild habits, routines and self-control. That’s why results last.
Nutrition
Nutrition as a Foundation
Up to 60% of body transformation depends on nutrition — not training volume. My approach is adaptive, not restrictive. Tailored to your lifestyle, workload and health conditions.
I’ve worked with clients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, where nutrition adjustments helped improve glucose stability under medical supervision.

To help people build strong, healthy bodies through correct movement, posture, nutrition and discipline – and to show how deeply physical health affects confidence, mental clarity and quality of life.
