Do I need experience?
No. I coach beginners and teach technique step by step. -
Where do we train in Amsterdam?
I work in Train More, Singel gym. - Do I need a TrainMore membership? No- not for the first session. TrainMore Singel gives you a free first visit. After that we’ll figure out the best option for your schedule and budget.

Can you help with posture and pain?
Yes. We address posture, mobility and strength imbalances progressively. -
How fast will I see results?Most clients feel a real difference in how they move and feel within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically appear at weeks 4–6. Significant transformations happen over 3–6 months.
- How is this different from other personal trainers? Most trainers give you exercises. I give you a system — one that integrates training, posture correction, and nutrition into a single coherent approach. My background in massage therapy also gives me a structural understanding of the body most trainers don’t have.
