  • Do I need experience?
    No. I coach beginners and teach technique step by step.

  • Where do we train in Amsterdam?
    I work in Train More, Singel gym.

  • Do I need a TrainMore membership?    No- not for the first session. TrainMore Singel gives you a free first visit. After that we’ll figure out the best option for your schedule and budget.
  • Can you help with posture and pain?
    Yes. We address posture, mobility and strength imbalances progressively.

  • How fast will I see results?Most clients feel a real difference in how they move and feel within the first 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically appear at weeks 4–6. Significant transformations happen over 3–6 months.

  • How is this different from other personal trainers? Most trainers give you exercises. I give you a system — one that integrates training, posture correction, and nutrition into a single coherent approach. My background in massage therapy also gives me a structural understanding of the body most trainers don’t have.
