I work in different gyms and private studios. -
Is online coaching available?Yes. Online includes training plan, guidance and check-ins. -
How often should I train?
Most clients do 2–4 sessions per week depending on goals and schedule. -
Can you help with posture and pain?
Yes. We address posture, mobility and strength imbalances progressively. -
Do I need a nutrition plan?
You’ll get simple nutrition guidance aligned to your goal (fat loss or muscle gain). -
How fast will I see results?
