Who I Am
My name is Sergei.
I’m a certified personal trainer, posture specialist and movement coach with 10+ years of professional experience.
I don’t work with shortcuts, extreme methods or temporary motivation.
My coaching is built on structure, discipline and a deep understanding of how the body and mind actually function.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with 300+ clients, online and in person, helping them:

My focus is long-term transformation, not quick fixes.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Before dedicating myself fully to coaching, I built and managed a network of travel agencies in Saint Petersburg.
That experience shaped how I work today:
systems, responsibility, leadership and long-term thinking.
Later, I lived and worked in Singapore as an international model and personal trainer.
High-performance environments taught me how stress, lifestyle, discipline and self-image directly affect physical health and body composition.
Today, I’m based in Amsterdam, working with an international client base.

I also hold a professional massage therapy certification, which gives me a deeper understanding of anatomy, muscle chains, tension patterns and movement restrictions.
Posture correction and body alignment have been a core focus of my work for over 10 years and are fully integrated into the BST System.

Nutrition is a core part of my system.
Up to 60% of body transformation depends on nutrition, not training volume.

I’ve worked with clients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, where nutrition adjustments helped improve glucose stability under medical supervision.
Nutrition is not a template.

My mission is simple:
To help people build strong, healthy bodies through correct movement, posture, nutrition and discipline — and to show how deeply physical health affects confidence, mental clarity and quality of life.
This is not about aesthetics alone.
It’s about control, strength and long-term health.
